Jon took over the role of Pastor in 2021 after the passing of longtime Senior Minister Andy Baker, and has been on staff with the church since 2016. Jon also works with the youth and within the worship ministry department. He is an alumnus of Lincoln Christian University, with degrees in both Worship and Preaching Ministry. He is supported by his wife of eleven years, Jordan, and their beautiful daughter, Joanna.

The church is greatly aided by the help of our secretary, Bethany Harrison. Bethany handles all things office-related: scheduling events, putting together and printing bulletins, afternoon phone calls, sending out prayer lists and updates - you name it. She is a Fisher native and was raised at RVCC, and has a passion and love for children.

Phillip and Tricia Schwing took over for longtime custodian Sharion Paris in September of 2022. They are responsible for keeping the church facilities in tip-top shape. They have both been longtime attenders of RVCC and have strong family ties to the church and community.

RVCC is also led and directed by a great group of Elders, Deacons, and Trustees.
